The Journey Health Planner is a wonderful new resource for us. I will link to a video and their Facebook page so you can check it out. This precious family has been struggling with Lyme for many years and came up with this awesome planner to help them track daily food, supplements, medicine, sleep, doctors visits, water intake, etc. There are even spaces for shopping lists, goals, contacts and more than I have time to list. BUT, it's not just for Lyme patients or those with chronic health issues. It is wonderful to daily just keep track of your overall health. I track my water intake, meals, our schedule, grocery needs, books read and so much more. I think you will love it! These planners are brand new. They are just being put out there on the market, so they are tweaking a few things and getting ready to sell it on Amazon and on their site. They are going to have one like this to offer you, plus a deeply discounted coupon on another one since you won't be able to use this the whole time. They are also printing up sets with NO dates written in them so you can fill that in if you find it mid cycle in the months. I think that is a great idea as well. THM Stevia Extract is one of my favorite Trim Healthy Mama products. I'm giving this one away myself! Why stevia with this planner? Well, in recent studies, stevia has been linked to Lyme Disease! Many of you were sweet enough to send me the article that took the web by storm. One of my step daughters had Lyme before she passed last year… It’s one of those diseases that they are just finding out about and how many people are truly suffering from. May you be blessed and your young man so that they can find a way to treat this.

What a fantastic journal/planner. We deal with server food allergies, and this would be wonderful resource to track how things improve/struggle thru spring.
The mom of one of my best friends growing up has Lyme disease. Also, Michael Farris’ (HSLDA) wife has it,I believe.

I would love to try the THM stevia, as I’ve been using xylitol for almost two years and have recently developed digestive troubles when I use it. And that planner…what a good idea!
My pastor’s wife has lymes really bad. Most church days she can’t come anymore and it’s just getting worse. Living here in Utah, there’s not many doctors who really have had experience with lymes since we don’t have ticks, she caught it on the east coast while visiting family. I think this would be a great blessing to her ❤️

I don’t know anyone with Lymes but I was just diagnosed the first week of February with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever which is the result of a tick bite. I wonder if stevia helps with RMSF too.

I have a sweet young friend, who’s the wife of our youth pastor, and she has Lyme. 🙁
My amazing husband has been battling with Lyme disease for many years. It has changed our lives. He still has bad days but thanks to Jesus he has good days too now. He has developed several food allergies and a number of other side affects from the disease. It’s amazing that growing up ago remember knowing no one with the disease. Now there are over a dozen just in our close area here and we predict several others who are going undiagnosed.

I do know someone with Lymes. I suffer myself with hashimotos thyroiditis. I have some weight to lose and I just began the THM way of living. I’m still in the confused state of learning it though! Awesome give away!! God bless!

My husband developed the bullseye rash from a tick. Thankfully they caught & treated it quickly w antibiotics!

I’ve known several people with Lyme’s disease. I used to work for a chiropractor who specialized in clinical nutrition. He had quite a few Lyme’s patients. One of the girls at our church college has it well. So sad 🙁

This is such a great idea! It’s hard to keep track of everything- how you are feeling, what you are taking, when those little lyme buggers are raising their ugly heads. I hadn’t heard that about stevia fighting Lyme. very cool!
My uncle has Lyme disease and my sister as a vet sees many pets with it. Never knew about the Stevia connection.

I do not have Lyme Disease but I just recently learned that I do have a tick borne disease. I am receiving Ondamed treatments as well as using lots of supplements to assist with healing. It can be a very challenging process. This journal looks like it will be a great tool for tracking improvements and changes. I’m glad to know that stevia helps. I use it every day in my GGMS!!
For King and Country wrote and recorded a song for their sister who struggles with Lyme Disease. The song is called “It’s Not Over Yet.” That has been encouraging to me through this process.

I have a friend who may have Lyme disease and currently struggles with many health issues-that may be linked to Lyme disease. I have my own health struggles along with one of my daughters and it can be managed with diet. She has several food allergies and can only use raw honey and stevia for sweeteners in her food-which really means for the whole family. A planner that can actually keep all the planning together instead of multiple planners and notebooks is Amazing!

My nephew contracted Lyme Disease when he was 7 or 8. It took quite a bit of time for the doctors to figure out what was wrong!
I had an ex-boyfriend whose father had Lyme disease. It took them so long to figure it out. He was so, so sick in the meantime.
I do not know anyone personally with Lyme disease although I “know” of those that I follow online. However, I know several suffering from other chronic illnesses that have no cure.

Our oldest daughter (35) has struggled with Lyme disease (and 2 other tick-borne illnesses) for about 5 years, now. She is finally to the point of being off of the antibiotics and just taking supplements and herbal meds. It’s a long and difficult road, for sure! May the Lord bless your family through this journey!

It is only the liquid form of stevia that has been shown to kill the B. burgdorferi pathogens effectively. Nutramedix was the top performer and right behind it was the NOW brand liquid stevia. Powdered stevia was not effective.
