#2- Lavish Delight...it's my go-to dessert if I want a Fuel Pull on THM. I know many of you have seen this one already but, I have to have it on my list!!! 🙂 Pin for Pinterest: Lavish Delight
#3- Refrigerator Oatmeal! I know, you may be thinking that this is only for breakfast! NO WAY! I love it way too much. This is one of those quick, easy treats that I make up a few at a time and stick them in the fridge! I want to make sure I have easy access to this lovely snack if the urge arises!
I know there are many recipes out there at this point but, I'll share mine with you! I put this all in a mason or jelly jar.
- 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 1/2 tbs of THM's Sweet Blend or 1 tbs. of Truvia (or us another plan approved sweetener)
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbs of THM's Protein Powder or Swanson's Premium Vanilla Protein Powder
- top with berries(keep under 1/2 cup if you use blueberries)
#4- Angel's Cake- Fuel Pull!!! Who doesn't love cake? I know I sure do! Some of you geniuses have even used this recipe to make THM style donuts! That was so cool to see! They used a doughnut maker and then coated them with Skinny Chocolate. (Page 371) To keep this one a fuel pull you can follow the recipe! I even added a few topping suggestions that will keep it a Fuel Pull as well. Here's the recipe for Angel's Cake-FP. Here is a Pin for this recipe: Angel's Cake-FP
#5- Cottage Berry Whip!!! If you have your book it's on page 379. It's a true gem! It is easy as can be and you won't believe how good it is until you try it. It honestly tastes like ice cream to me. Here is a link to an online recipe of this yummy treat!! You may need to join the THM Fan page if you haven't to see the picture and author's notes.

Thanks–those ideas are helpful. Where do you find coconut oil cooking spray? I looked at my local green market, and online at vitacost, netrition and swanson, to no avail. I tried to make my own, but of course coconut oil does not stay liquid in cool weather.
I got mine at Meijer’s! 🙂 I saw some today at my local health food store as well. Hope you find some!
Trader Joes has the Coconut oil spray.
I’ve seen it at Wal-Mart and Publix. 🙂
Publix has it.
I have see it in most of the grocery stores that I go to. The most common brand is “Pam”. I hope that helps you find it.
Thank you, Jennifer. Your posts help me keep on plan when I am wanting something “new” to add to my
THM arsenal of “go to” snacks. They look absolutely YUMMY!!!!
You’re welcome, Patty!
Yum!! Thanks for these ideas! I am new to THM and always looking for easy ideas (I’ve been doing the oatmeal and the berry whip, but so nice to hear of these other suggestions) 🙂

Welcome to THM, Kelly!! You are very welcome!
Quick question: refrigerator oatmeal…. Oats are an e. So is this an fp because of the small quantity of oats?
Yes! 🙂 1/4 cup or less fits for a FP.
Ah! So yummy!! Time for pinterest!
Do you cook the oats for the refrigerated oatmeal? (Hope this is not a stupid question).
No, I do not! 🙂 It’s like a magical thing that happens overnight! They are not tough at all and soften up. It’s also yummy with a tbs of cocoa powder added and some raspberries! 🙂
Hi Jennifer! Thanks for these! Making the Lavish Delight as I type this. Thinking I might need two. Will that take me out of FP? Thanks!
You can keep it in the FP range with a whole lavish piece of bread but, you wouldn’t be able too with two laughing cow cheeses. 🙁 Not sure you can make it stretch that far with one! 🙂
What kind of laughing cow cheese do you use? I just made it with white cheddar and it wasn’t what I expected.
I use the original Light Swiss.
Do you think it would work with fat free cream cheese instead?
You could try it. I like 1/3 less fat cream cheese or full day but I’ve not used fat free. you could try it for a FP and see.
Recipe says cheese inside with Truvia and cinnamon but the pic looks like there is cinnamon on the outside so I’m confused.
I put it in both spots.
