It has not flavor to it, so you aren't stuck with a chocolate or vanilla shake. You can add whatever flavors to it that you want.
THM Super Sweet is my personal favorite sweetener. I use it in my baking! A little goes a long way in my opinion. It has NO xylitol in it for those sensitive to it or that prefer not to have it in the house because of their dogs.
THM Integral Collagen is so good for you! It's a beef collagen with so many health benefits! If you don't have collagen in your diet, please consider adding it.
